Here is a running list of tools and resources I have found and I use when making art.

For larger artwork I use 11×14 Strathmore Bristol Pads.

For art on-the-go I adore my Sketch Wallet. I also keep a travel journal with multiple notebooks for writing, sketching, and work notes.

My pencil of choice is a Staedler Mars technical mechanical pencil with 2mm H2 lead. <— This and my Sketch Wallet are the two tools that go with me everywhere. Full stop.

For inking, I dig Tombow Fudenosuke brush pens.

For digital art I use a Microsoft Surface Book and Clip Studio Paint.

While I’ve tried lots of different writing software solutions I keep coming back to old reliable: Microsoft Word.
